Ocracoke Parasail is a family owned and operated business on Ocracoke Island.

Ocracoke Parasail is owned by Ocracoke Native USCG Licensed Captain Farris O’Neal. Captain Farris opened the business in 2004 and has 16 years of parasailing experience and a clean safety record. He has extensive knowledge of the Pamlico Sound and has been operating boats his entire life. Safety is a top priority for Captain Farris. He has 3 children of his own and treats every customer with the care he takes with his own family. All equipment is inspected before each trip by Captain Farris and his trained instructors to ensure every flyer has an enjoyable and safe parasail experience.
