FAQs
Is there an age limit?
Parasailing is an activity that the whole family can enjoy. We take people 6 years and up, and special accommodations can be made for anyone with special circumstances. Please be sure to inform your Captain and mate of any special accommodations before your trip departs.
Can I take pictures?
Bring your phone or camera! Our mate can take pictures of your flight from the boat or you can bring your camera with you on your flight. There are so many beautiful images you can capture as you glide above the Pamlico Sound!
Is parasailing safe?
Safety is our number one priority! We take pride in offering our customers the safest, most enjoyable experience possible. We have top of the line safety equipment to accommodate all of our passengers. Our vessel and equipment is inspected and cleaned regularly to ensure our passengers are kept comfortable and safe. With our USCG Licensed Owner/Captain and our experienced crew, we ensure you will have a fun and safe parasail experience.
What is the weather like?
Parasailing is a fair weather activity. We check the radar and wind forecast regularly to make sure conditions are safe for parasailing. If we feel that the wind is too strong or if there is a possibility of storms, we cease operations immediately. If your reservation is interrupted due to weather, we will offer you a full refund or try to reschedule your flight as soon as possible.
How do I get to Ocracoke Island?
Ocracoke Island is an amazing destination, but getting here can be a little challenging at times. If you plan on taking a day trip to Ocracoke to come parasailing with us, please plan to catch an early ferry, the morning is the best time, because ferry lines and the wait can be quite long. There is a passenger ferry leaving Hatteras as well which could also be a good option. Our location is within walking distance of the passenger ferry terminal.
